2022 Emerging Leadership Award in Practice

Executive Director Erin Henderson Lacerdo is one of three nationally awarded.

Congratulations to Erin Henderson Lacerdo, LCSW, IMH-E® Clinical, executive director of the Association for Infant Mental Health in Hawai’i (AIMH HI), for being selected as a recipient of ZERO TO THREE’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Emerging Leadership Award in Practice. Henderson Lacerdo is being honored for her outstanding contributions to the field of IECMH and is recognized for her deep clinical experience and dedication to promoting and integrating infant mental health practices in state systems and policy.

Henderson Lacerdo will be honored alongside Research winner Dr. Holly Hatton-Bowers from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Policy winner Callan Wellsfrom the Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students. These outstanding individuals have made significant contributions to the field of IECMH and have demonstrated significant visionary and cutting-edge work to transform practices, policies, and systems at the local, state, or national level.
