Babies bring so much joy, wonder, and possibility into our world! Celebrate Babies Week, October 19–23, 2026, is an opportunity to recognize the importance of the earliest years of life and celebrate the little ones who make our world brighter.

Every year, Infant Mental Health Associations across the globe come together for a special week dedicated to honoring infants, toddlers, young children, their families, and the incredible early childhood professionals who support them. For the fourth year, Governor Josh Green recognizes Celebrate Babies Week in Hawai'i through a Proclamation. We are grateful for the recognition of babies by our state leadership and the continued investment of the State of Hawai'i to help babies thrive.
