The Association for Infant Mental Health (AIMH HI) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building a network of professionals and a system of care grounded in infant and early childhood mental health practices. To realize our vision, we need a strong, effective Board to provide governance leadership to accomplish our mission.
2027 Board Recruitment
We are currently recruiting for up to three (3) open spaces for three-year terms beginning in January 2027.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are specifically seeking professionals with experience in:
Business & Accounting
Human Resources Management
Non-Profit Governance
Fundraising & Development
We also encourage individuals with expertise in early childhood education, and/or who are IECMH clinicians or endorsed to apply. Most importantly, we are looking for curious, strategic thinkers who possess a deep commitment to Hawaiʻi’s families and early childhood professionals.
Commitment at a Glance
Board members serve as active ambassadors, attend bi-monthly meetings, participate in reflective consultation sessions and committees, and support our annual donor campaigns.
